In 2026, Gaël Ledressay launched G’Vac® X’perience, a European training program dedicated to the development of the G’Vac® and AerOvac product ranges across the Gazechim Composites Group network.
The aim of the program is to build a network of product champions who can share their expertise, support the deployment of these solutions in each country, and strengthen collaboration with both local teams and customers.
The program will run throughout 2026 and consists of four to five training sessions combining product training, technical discussions, and experience sharing among participants from across Europe.
At the end of June, Gaël Ledressay and Thierry Lesauce welcomed the very first group of G’Vac® Europe product champions to Saint-Avé, France. Carefully selected to take part in the launch of this new initiative, the participants gathered for the inaugural session of the program.
This first session gave attendees the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the G’Vac® and AerOvac product ranges through a variety of activities, including:
- Dedicated product training on the different solutions
- Technical discussions between European product champions
- Hands-on laboratory workshops
- Exchanges on real-world applications and the specific needs of each local market
Beyond the technical content, this inaugural meeting helped build strong relationships among participants and laid the foundations for a European network of product experts.
Following this successful first session in Saint-Avé, the G’Vac® X’perience program continued during a commercial meeting hosted by MCTechnics in Belgium.
During this event, Gaël shared his expertise on the G’Vac® and AerOvac product ranges with the MCTechnics team before leading practical demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
Through G’Vac® X’perience, the Gazechim Composites Group aims to develop a committed European community of product champions, capable of promoting the technical expertise and added value of the G’Vac® and AerOvac solutions while supporting their teams and customers across their respective markets.
