A few months ago, Multigas signed a contract with Les Chemins de Fer Fédéraux (CFF) to deliver R-134a refrigerant until 2030.
CFF is Switzerland’s main railway company, with headquarters in Bern. It operates a 3,173 km network for passengers and freight.
R134a refrigerant is used for air-conditioning in trains. Multigas will be the distributor for the various depots in Switzerland. The contract also covers the recovery and regeneration of the fluid.
