1990 : diversification into refrigerating fluids. Gazechim
Refrigeration becomes the exclusive distributor for ICI
(INEOS Fluorine).
1995 : Gazechim Refrigeration pursues its development policy
by commencing the distribution of the SOLVAY range of refrigerating
fluids (major player in Europe, following the acquisition
of the "Refrigeration" activities of Hoechst and
Ausimont.)
2001 : Gazechim Refrigeration acquires the "Refrigeration"
activities of the Primagaz Group in France and in Spain
(Kimikal) and also becomes the distributor for Dupont de
Nemours (the world leader in refrigerating fluids).
2002 : Gazechim Refrigeration is the market leader in Southern
Europe
